Being ethical is crucial to being a good leader. To run a successful business you must strive to be ethical. When people know that you're working with their interests in mind, they will start to view your company in a more positive light. Discipline employees who fail to follow the principles you have set up because one bad employee can ruin an entire company, so the environment you create as a leader is crucial.
