Suggestions On How To Catch Personnel Theft

By Gim L Rukas

In terms of security, the majority of us wait right up until something awful takes place just before carrying out anything.

Take my own friend, Jay. He's great at running a business, not so much at protecting one. It took the realization that several personnel was skimming his supply for him to set up a high-tech, high-dollar monitoring system. A black and white pinhole cam sitting in every corner of his own grocery store would have done the task at a more affordable cost, though.

I kept saying to Jay it was all too easy for buyers or employees to swipe something off his own store racks undetected, or for sales staff to pocket cash without any evidence.

I shared with him how my hardware store's tiny cameras had found several shoplifters, and an employee skimming the cash register. Common surveillance cameras allow you to keep an eye on your house or enterprise for security, or check on your own workers or loved ones, and several let you do this coming from any area. I mounted covert surveillance cameras instead.

Covert cameras record without anybody realizing it. They are small spy cameras hidden inside regular objects like boxes or mirrors, great for catching perpetrators red-handed.

There are a huge number of covert cams available, and the kinds of items it is possible to hide them in are almost limitless. You can get pinhole or board cams, and conceal them within items you pick, just like I did. It's more fun that way.

I utilize a CMOS high resolution color video camera with audio. I got several of this kind, and stashed them inside different objects throughout my shop. Board cameras are simple fixed lenses installed on circuit boards, and are what mini, dome and covert cams typically use.

He was still missing stocks therefore Jay ultimately acquired a set of the exact same black and white pinhole spy camera devices I got, and put them within different things. Strategically positioned around his shop, they discovered several of his personnel in the act of stealing. He recovered all the stolen items successfully, and then he dismissed those thieves.
