Some people would even wish to go back in time when they were still in college or highs school worrying about nothing. Achievements must be stated instead of responsibilities. Some would say that they have been here and there which are not needed to get a job. What an employer needs to know is the set of things you clearly achieved when you were at your previous work or even at school. That way, their basis for deciding is pretty clear.

Avoid using unnecessary dates and wordy phrases. You might have worked in a certain company for only a month or weeks so there is no need to put the specific date. You only have to place it there and let them ask about it. Otherwise, it would look really bad since they can conclude that you were a terrible employee for only working a month.

Make sure it is printed on a thick and reliable paper. There are papers that are less likely to crease due to their quality and you must buy that. If so, you get to have a clean one and can still use it for other interviews and applications. You must not really forget to follow what is needed to be done.
