Sponsoring and recruiting is where the money is. Ask any successful network marketeer and they'll tell you that's where the money is. That's the truth.

Take a couple of minutes to contemplate it. Your company's products may be the most fantastic thing ever invented, but if all you do is promote the product and get one sale per shopper then truly all you are doing is the same as being a sales assistant on a commission.

Now, instead if you target recruiting to your MLM opportunity and training your new folk to sell your product effectively, now do you see there will be many folk doing what you were doing, and your business will be growing quicker because of them. Those three percent will become the hard hitter stars. So if you are thinking about network marketing think about that, how are you going to personally spare the time and the most effective method to signup and sponsor at least a hundred new team members knowing full well that only 30 will stick around. It's a numbers game like anything in business ; the action to take is anticipate recruiting that little percentage who will make you the bulk of your revenue.
